THESIS GUIDELINE 

• The Contest is open to full-time faculty members of Engineering and Technology in India and Abroad other than the faculty members of the SAGE University, Bhopal.

• The Abstract/Summary of the PhD, MTech thesis must be accompanied by proof of the award of the degree. Copy of the Abstract/Summary of the PhD, MTechthesis duly typed in 1.5-line space must be submitted ina soft copy in the format of 12-point text single font - Times New Roman in MS Word by the Contestants.

• The Abstract/Summary should contain the topic of the thesis, rationale, objectives, method (study, design, sample, and tools), salient findings, and implications of the study.

• To be eligible for admission to the Contest, the PhD degree and MTech degree must have been awarded betweenJanuary 2019 and August 2022.

• The Abstract/Summary of the thesis should be routed through Head of the Institute to which theContestant belongs.

• The Abstracts/Summaries will be screened by panel of Subject Experts and ten bestshortlisted candidates will be invited to make a presentation based on the complete thesis before thePanel.

PROJECT GUIDELINE 

• The Contest is open for all the students in the field of Computer Science, Electronics and Electrical Engineeringof India and Abroad.

• Teams are comprised of one to four students. Only students currently enrolled at a College/University are eligible to participate.

• The summary of the project should be submitted which should contain Points like: Scientific problem, importance, how the project addresses the problem, experiments performed, results attained, conclusions and future predictions.

• The summary of the project duly typed in 1.5-line space must be submitted in a soft copy in the format of 12-point text single font - Times New Roman in MS Word by the Contestants.

• The summaries will be screened by panel of Subject Experts and ten best projects will be invited to make a presentation to the Panel.

• Each team will be given 10 minutes time forthe Project Presentation to clearly explain their idea and its implementation. All presentations must be in English.

POSTER GUIDELINE 

A poster is a visual presentation addressing one vital question and to provide an obvious take-home message. Poster Category can belong to any one:

1. Original study or research – displays an abstract, strategy, methods, results, and conclusion.

2. Evaluation of a method, device, or protocol – describes a systematic evaluation of a newer technique or device.

• Teams are comprised of one to four students. Only students currently enrolled at a College/University are eligible to participate.

• The posters will be screened by panel of Experts and ten best posters will be invited to make a presentation based before the Panel.
