Please note that only one paper and one presenter is covered by an author registration. Authors with multiple papers need to register only once but publication fees need to be paid for each paper. Registration Guidelines
• IEEE member fees discount is only applicable if an active IEEE membership number is provided in the registration form.
• Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled with a university or another similar institution. The proof of enrolment (Valid Student ID showing name and current status) should be scanned and uploaded on the registration system).
• All registrations include admission to all technical sessions and souvenir.
• Atleast one author must register with full author registration and present the selected paper at CCET-2022, in order for the paper to be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Each registration is meant for one (01) participant to attend the conference only, co-authors who are also participating in the conference will need to register separately under appropriate registration category.
• One author registration covers only one paper.
• You have to submit the required fees as per the above table and fill the registration form after the payment.
• For any registration category, no refunds will be made in any case.
• Registration fees of all categories include a Registration Kit, Presentation slot, Refreshments (Morning and Evening) and 2 Lunches, Copy of Souvenir (Soft Copy), Certificate, Eligibility for all technical sessions, cultural event coupons and a Gala dinner coupon.
• If the registration is done by the faculty member, then student author can present the paper but if the registration is done by the student author then faculty member can’t present the paper.
• The regular fee will be charged upto 6 pages and after that additional fee will be charged per page.
